Who Am I?
I have over 15 years of project management, process improvement, and product management experience during which time I have gained a extensive experience working with projects of all sizes. I have worked with all aspects of project management - from initiation, business cases, and project charters, though to managing risks, issues, tasks, and metrics all the way to closure. I have managed a Project Management Office, and I also hold the Project Management Professional (PMP) designation. I am also a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and have substantial experience in change management, business transformation, and process mapping.
My industry experience includes software development and implementation, content and document management, and financial services. I also have many years presenting and reporting to all levels of an organization - including senior management, technical staff, and external clients. I have many technical skills (listed in detail on my resume) which include MS Project, all MS Office applications, and Sharepoint.
